    This is the size that my husband wears, but I noticed now these pants run small very unhappy if the tag is still on there in the past have not been worn I don’t understand why there’s no return policy

    Hi I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the fit. But All Polo Ralph Lauren Classic's are a leaner fit. I wish I was able to do something about that but I only resell the items. I also did not put the no return policy, Ebay determined that during the listing. You didn't give me a chance to correct the issue. I would have accepted a return. Next time just reach out.
