The seller agreed to replace it and sent another one, however, the 3 glass shades were not matching. One shade was smaller than the other two on the fixture and did not match the second fixture I purchased. I received my chandelier with one broken globe, I reached out and was immediately contacted by them. They apologized for my inconvenience and stated that they would put a new globe in the mail the next day. They sent out three replacements :) I feel if this company could not make things right they would refund your money without hesitation. They've been added to my favorites and I look forward to future transactions.
