I was sent a return label and was told as soon as they see I shipped the return, they would ship the replacements. Even after several phone contacts they didn't ship the replacements until a day after receiving the returns. Orig. order Sept 1st. I didn't receive the replacements until Sept 20. Almost 3 weeks without seats in my vehicle and the replacements were a fairly close match at best.
