Item not as pictured, which was a problem since I wanted to use it to replace the pump in an old bottle. Seller was understanding, but was slow at responding and helping come up with a solution. Was ok with a return at first, but couldn't provide a return label or settle on refunding shipping. In the end I was tired of the back and forth and suggested a 75% refund without returning the item. I don't think either of us was particularly happy, but at least we reached a middle ground in the end.
