The soap ingredients noted on the packs do not correspond to those advertised on eBay. The ingredients noted on the pack are
Sodium laurelate (assume that is not laurel oil but instead sodium laurel sulfate or sodium laureate, both cheap foaming agents).
Second ingredient: sodium olivate ie not olive oil. Plus glycerin. I wish I had not bought this. Waste of money!

Hi, the glycerine is a natural by-product of the saponification process. All soap will contain glycerine, it's not added. When Laurel oil is saponified, it turns into Sodium Laurelate. This is NOT SLS. Olive oil also saponifies to Sodium Olivate. The soap is 100% authentic and does not contain any artificial chemical. You can research other Aleppo soap online and they will all have similar content
