Item was defective. Seller does not take returns. Seller did offer another used unit but at a price higher than a new one. I was very disappointed with the seller since I have purchased items in the past from them.

The facts and truth is that we tried to work with this buyer in helping him determine if the item he purchased was indeed defective or he had another issue with his vehicle. He didn't want to work with us. He wanted free parts. He purchased another part from us in the past but not before asking for a discount. We gave him a discount, but as you can see, some people are never happy no matter how much you help them. They just want to take advantage of others. Sellers, stay away and block him!
