    Overall, a great experience. Purchased a used Neptune 3 max with warranty. When the item arrived, it was missing a couple minor, non-essential components. I advised the seller and had a tracking number on the new parts within 10 minutes. Also had a leveling issue; the seller worked with me to fix it and eventually replaced the base unit. When this seller says you have a warranty, they mean it! I will gladly buy again, knowing they stand behind their product!
