I was impressed, it was practically brand new ans still had stickers on some parts. It also came with the tools that they said wouldn't come with the package. It didn't print good right out the box, but after adjusting some screws and especially the ones that adjust the z axis, I started getting amazing looking prints.

It’s only missing the Fasteners and two manual Bed leveling handles with one of the mini frames on the U frame holding a mini motor partially broken off but I glued it back together. But these aren’t major issues especially for the price. Well worth the cost for a great looking printer, can’t wait to print some quality prints.

Instead of just cancelling the order and refunding me, they gave me the choice between a Neptune 4 Plus or a new in box Mars 4 Ultra for no extra charge. I chose the Neptune 4 Plus and it arrived in good shape and with all the parts I needed. It was used, but otherwise fine. Great customer support from the seller, and still runs fine nearly every day over 3 weeks later.

I picked up rather than shipping and these guys are awesome. There was a small issue on their end, but they remedied it and it resulted in a better deal for me. Pickup, so no comment on packaging. Phenomenal price if you are in driving distance. I will 100% be a return customer.

Packaging was perfect, the item was in better condition than was described, and the price is fair. After having a Bambu lab A1 mini, probably even $5 is too much for this in my opinion but the $15 I paid was a really fair price compared to the original. Glad I got this at a really steep discount I would have kicked myself if I paid full price for this really terribly designed 3D printer. lol Bambu Lab A1 mini combo great for toys, this not so much.

The two Neptune 4 Max's were shipped via Sendle while a Neptune 3 max that I wasn't aware of came in from USPS. They did come as described. I.e. with some faults. Honestly the extra priniter I got just makes this better value, especially when the 3rd one seems to work without issues.
