They even responded to my message while eBay said that they were away for awhile because of my mistake (I brought a hat too big). All I had to do was reship the first hat. Got my refund BEFORE the hat got back to the seller. Ordered the same hat , but the right size this time. It only took 10 days for the seller to ship two hats. I told you customer service is #1.
