I felt that he was procrastinating and asking questions to push past the three day return. Asking for serial numbers, which were provided then he asked for more which I couldn’t provide. I realized I ordered the wrong part in the beginning and created the return before the delivery.

Buyer " I ordered wrong part ", then opened return case, after asking for exchange for correct one without a model or part #. He did not provide the information before deadline to resolve case. Now opens dispute for " Item not as described ". Thanks to no minimal feedback requirements.
