I tested this and got SWR of 1.3 on 145 mhz 50 watts. Standing waves will increase at 144 mhz and 148 but it's tuned great at the 2 meter repeaters in my area. 70 cm is a bit higher SWR but around 1.5 at 440 mhz. Built solid and fits nicely in my field bag pocket. Great antenna!
