    Hey thats not a very fair assessment of what happened. We shipped the item and dropped it to UPS but the item got lost in the mail. There were no updates. After a week of trying to get UPS to solve the issue they said there was nothing they can do so we then issued a full refund 1Z14V3880359727761 To all people, please check this tracking to confirm item was dropped
