I was concerned that I was paying a lot for a knife that may not be worth the money. Well, it is incredible the way it sliced through my thick sourdough bread crust. It is worth it, and it is beautiful. I am retiring my old bread knife that I thought would cut me trying to saw through my bread. I would rather spend my money on a knife than an ER visit.
