The seller believes he did nothing wrong. This small package was sent on December 1st and as of today, December 11, the package has not arrived. I don t know how this package was sent, but the PO does not normally take this long. I believe this was shipped at the lowest priority which may account for this long delay. Not a good experience.

All of our shipping is First Class USPS with tracking included... Don't usually have issues.. ???? It is December... From all of our thousands of good reviews, maybe you should take note... call your local post office for explanation? One of a few that wasn't to either of our satisfaction!
