Peak Autoparts sent a clearly broken dvd player then asked me not to return and that he would issue a refund. He never issued a refund and I am now out $150 for an item I through out. eBay has mentioned the only way to process a refund without mailing an item back is by the seller. The seller refuses after multiple attempts to process a refund.
