No where in the ad did they say there were shipping exclusions within the United States. Even the shipping calculator gave me a time estimate to my zip code. No notice was given and no contact was made prior to issuing refund for the reason "Issue with buyer's shipping address". I assume it's because I live in Alaska. I would've paid for shipping but now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund to make a purchase with someone else.
