    Customer claims never received order, but order was not returned to us as undeliverable. Customer claims false information on the listing, yet to make a claim one would have to receive the order and compare it to listing. The customers two statements contradict each other. Despite this we would issue a refund in good faith, but a refund was never requested by customer.
