The Seller very kindly told me that the ordered item had been delivered to the aged care facility but for whatever reason (or lack of any) had then been returned to him.
I explained in a response to the seller that the Australia Post courier must have been confused as this residential facility is staffed 24/7.
The seller most obligingly resent the item which duly arrived and was brought to me.
The packaging was of exemplary standard, and I am very grateful to this excellent seller.
