- e***e (301)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseDHL had to repack both purchases. I don't know if this is a customs issue or something else. The 1st item received was missing all the assembly hardware, a couple of adjustable shelves, and the back panel. For the 2nd item, I contacted DHL directly and was told there was water damage to the package and that is why they repacked it. Unfortunately, no hardware to assemble, a couple of adjustable and a couple of fixed shelves were missing. I went to Ikea and got hardware, and can build one.

The seller is awesome and communicates well, though sometimes, due to the time difference (UK to USA), is does take a little bit of time to complete text discussion. When I had an issue with the first purchase, the seller was willing to work with me to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the second shipment didn't go much better. I don't know if it was bad luck or what. Seller = great, Shipping = questionable.
