Device comes Locked to BELL, so can be activated on BELL only ." We no where said it is an unlocked device, it is sold as carrier locked to BELL only and being sold for BELL as well. We cannot be blamed when the buyer does not read the description,seller notes or see the images . It is clearly mentioned that is Bell only device. Thank you
