I love the overall design and ease of the function and the service representative was extremely helpful when i was having trouble deciding if i was going to buy one or not i canceled my order Twice and they were very helpful when i actually decided to get it.i was wishy washy about spending the money for it but i tell you I am glad I did .the only draw back I seen is it won't fit my cordless drill directly but i found a coupler to do the job overall I would rate the product and company a 20
