As a conscientious seller, you should have mentioned the scratches on the front visor. If this is the courier's fault, then you, as a conscientious seller, should have taken care to pack the goods well so that I received it safe and sound. I'm inclined to think that you hid the presence of scratches because you didn't take a photo of the front of the visor. Replacing the visor will cost me a lot. I hope you are pleased with your action?

I do my best to disclose any defects prior to shipment. this helmet was free from any damage prior to shipping. (new) I made sure of it. the helmet was shipped in its original protective bag. there are pictures of the visor but not directly from the front. you could have simply reached out to me prior to believing that i was trying to pull one over on you as i did reach out to ensure your helmet arrived ok. I do accept returns.
