I love this bag so much! The arm is much larger than normal totes so it makes it very comfortable to have on your shoulder. Shipping was fast! Took about 3-4 days to get here. I noticed negative reviews about a musty smell. Mine did not have that smell, and it was packaged very well. Still had the tags on and the care instructions. Thanks for my bag!!
