Reached out to the seller with diag (no clutch when commanded on, power available at connector, no continuity or resistance across clutch pins). Guys sent back what was pretty much exactly what I had just done telling me not to "rush to open a case or leave a review" that I may only receive a partial refund or new part. No thanks hopefully others find this helpful and go somewhere else.

The seller advertise it as accurate within .0004" (.01mm), however the holder alone is about .0008" (.02mm), and the collets another .004" (.1mm). These numbers must be taken with a grain of salt because I'm not able to meassure the axial runout on my machine, however I am able to counter act the adaptor vs collet runout somehow, by rotating the collet. Having said that, I am pleased with the ressuls.
