Not on the seller at all, they refunded the money right away and hopefully they get some money back on the shipping insurance. Was a very kind gesture given what happened. There are several indicators that say otherwise. Wear on the camera charge port which is easily hidden. Checking the shutter count also revealed that the camera was used more than once. Knowing the quality of the item I received, I would have never paid the price that I did even if it was listed as lightly used.
