Listed as tested and working with just the battery being an issue. Upon purchasing a new battery and testing the loading mechanism, it turns out that the drum wheel of said mechanism refuses to spin up to speed, and therefore no tapes can be inserted. So, seller delivered a broken product despite listed as "used"; however this is more likely due to negligence than malice.
