Really ebay, this LOSER THIEF left me bad FEEDBACK and promised to CHANGE it. He's new TO EBAY with very VERY low feedback. I have over four thousand yes 4,000 good feedback 100 💯 percent and he ruined it for nothing. I shipped him a brand new $55 cap and a full refund because he said it had a crease in it, REALLY.
