I purchased an instrument cluster for a Honda the tach and temp did not work after installing it. I took it back off contacted seller and they wanted me to re-install it, video it and send it to them. The disassemble it again. What a hassle. It arrived in a thin cardboard box with zero packing material to protect it during shipping, its electronics!
