The quality of the backpack is great, there is just some peeling on the right arm, but everything else is pristine. I do not blame the seller at all, it was most likely just the package rubbing against itself. I paid a bit for the shipping but the value of the backpack is worth so much to me; it’s my first backpack ever so I love it. It’s cute, but it is small for anyone buying it for themselves or their children.
