1. Something went wrong on your end for this order. We received shipping and tracking information when there was no actual package. It was an electronic delivery. this caused confusion. 2. We received the usual set of emails to confirm our purchase, but when it came to delivering the activation key, it was not delivered in an email, but in the portal itself. Infrequent ebay customers like myself should be aware of this incongruent process. Seller communication was unprofessional but prompt.
