Please read back and fourth emails with this customer as we tried to work with them and asked them to open a retuen for a full refund as we have checked and do not have a replacement for the unit, and instead the buyer wants to threatin us with giving us a bad reviewand refuse to open a return for a full refund. We have a great repor with our customers and go above to fix an issue that may arise. This customer is falsifing information.
