    The fans are able to spin, but they constantly ramp up and down between 100-1000 RPMs even when the system is at idle. I tried setting fans curves but they don't seem follow it and they tend to de-sync . It's only when the GPU is under heavier loads that the fans will sync up as it reaches 1700+ RPMs. I asked seller for advice and got no response. I placed the original fans back in and they don't exhibit the same issues.
