    Frustrating transaction. Seller sent us the wrong item but wanted us to pay return shipping on the incorrect item in order for us to receive the correct unit. Decent customer service would have been to ship us the correct item and to pay shipping on the return. After all, we didn't get the correct item we needed for our customer and this has taken up our time dealing with the issue. We lost the order with our customer due to this delay but still would have accepted the correct item for our shelf

    I offered to ship the buyer the correct device and honor the price even though the actual item was twice what the auction went for. All I asked is that they pay the $25 to ship the item back. It still would have been a great deal for them. They decided to ship the item back and I issued an immediate refund. I'm not sure how much more accommodating I could have been.
