    Charged $4 to ship each patch but delivered all 3 in one envelope, said they would reimburse me for shipping but never did so. Slow shipping and processing. Unresponsive to messages even when one patch was defective. If eBay didn't get involved I am unsure if I would ever hear back from them.

    customer returned all 4 patches purchased. once they started the return request you are blocked by ebay from doing anything. customer asked to combine shipping on the return but he bought each on there own and ebay sent him 4 labels. returns are done automatically without my assistance, through ebay ai.. mtctoys.com
