The seller sent a defective part, not within specification and was not "good used". The part is useless, but the vendor has never replied to my messaging. My assessment is that the part was falsely advertised as useable and having only cosmetic imperfections. Don't buy from this guy unless you are willing to take a chance that it won't be usable, and you may lose your money.
