    This company boast that it will stand behind any product that it sells. I received my chandelier with one broken globe, I reached out and was immediately contacted by them. They apologized for my inconvenience and stated that they would put a new globe in the mail the next day. They sent out three replacements :) I feel if this company could not make things right they would refund your money without hesitation.
