Items were shipped right away and received five days later. USPS seemed rather inefficient based on the tracking notifications I received. All 40 cover plates were new and their individual packages were unopened. Eight of the 40 cover plates have slight manufacturing blemishes on the front near one of the screw holes. All of the blemishes are faint, identical and in the same spot, so it’s definitely due to a manufacturing process and not any fault of the seller.
