The 'internals' of the particular device I received seem to move about freely which is a little worrying, maybe normal or due to a loose bolt or screw, but it seemed to work OK. According to my eco battery readout it appeared to run at approx. 60 - 75 watts rather that the 45 or so stated. Reasonably quite operation.
