Awful experience!! Not helpful seller !! Contacted seller for assistance on 20th . Cool Patch ordered said it was delivered and unfortunately it was not .

Waited 9 days.
Patch never received.
Checked with my neighbors. Asked seller for guidance. Seller said to talk to

We paid shipig fee,we shipped our item out and the tracking # shows item is Delivered at Wed, Mar 20 9:06am.We use eBay Delivery Services to shipped the package ,we contact ebay customer serivce many times with your open case.we do everything we can do with your order.the ebay customer serivce told me .The only thing we can do is wait for the progress of the case.ebay will take over the case.
