    I ordered February 1992 issue of National Lampoon Magazine from nerdgasmic on July 24, 2025. On August 18, I received a pair of vinyl kitchen gloves instead. I tried "Contact Seller" on eBay but could not enter any message. So I returned gloves to seller's P.O. box at my expense, with note containing my contact info. Tracking showed it arrived on August 18. Result as of Sept. 12: no replacement, no refund, no communication whatsoever. Extremely disappointing, as seller is highly rated.

    This was an Ebay Global Shipping Program order. Their freight forwarder got the international shipping label from your order mixed up with another order from a different seller and put the incorrect labels on the packages. Since this is an international Global Shipping Program order, you would need to contact Ebay in your country and let them know what happened so that they can handle the issue on their end. They are responsible for the order once it is received at their processing center.
