The problem is with the way they have set up the sublimation ink, the wires go directly under the lid so the computer does not close tight. Trying to connect to the computer is impossible with that going on. The rest of the purchasing of this printer was great. It is the printer itself That is at fault here. Or whoever tried to set it up as a sublimation printer.
