Seller gave false shipping information on the item was never shipped and item was not even available after purchase. Seller had zero communication until I emailed them about not receiving this high value item. I had to look out for delivery for 9 days just to discovered it was not even shipped. Very poor business practice and I lost trust as to the quality and condition of this item. I requested a refund. Please beware!

Due to the custom nature of our products, sometimes we can have delays on getting components for our items. We responded to the buyer to let her know that this was the case here. We strive to ship our items as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, life happens and sometimes these delays can occur. We apologized several times to the buyer. She did NOT accept the apology.
