We had some issues getting right drivers etc for the product, as they are only included on a CD with the camera (but modern computers no longer have a CD reader in them.)
It took some time to get them but the seller was very diligent and quick to reply when contacted. We eventually got there and the camera and software are working well.
I would not recommend this camera for biological work though, as the resolution is not high enough, and the colour adjustment function does not seem to work .
