We did respond and swiftly at that. Buyer provided some images of what looks to be damaged caused by transit, given it was going overseas and it arrived in 1 piece at the UK shipping centre we sent to can only deduce it was caused by their mishandling as we open and check every single side step we send out, especially tubular ones which need more packing that is given from supplier.
