We are handicapped here. The wrong item was sent, now they want us to run around, return ship, hope the other buyer that got our item is willing to do the same…NOT our mistake. We got an Ancient Tape Camera instead of the Hello Kitty item ordered for my Daughter. Scary that this can even happen, look at the photos. We got stuck because we cannot run around and hope for a fix.
