      The package was lost by the shipper and I was issued a refund. Then, the package arrived with the package all torn up and missing an end cap on 1 of the rollers. from the tracking information, it appears that the package was delivered to someone else and they returned it to the shipping facility who then delivered it to me. Since I was already issued a refund, I am satisfied with the transaction. I have bought from the seller before and been very satisfied.
