Main problem is them posting a picture of a perfect controller and offering a scratched and scuffed one. I understand in the description it does offer this info but you need to post a true picture of the item your selling and not a brand new one. I will leave this neutral because it may have been an accident but i will NOT be buying from them again. I just posted on another purchase for the same exact problem.
