    It was a perfect fit for my Kitchenaid meat grinder, Very fine ground, perfect for breakfast sausage which is what I made. I believe if it were put through the grinder twice it would be fine enough for hot dogs, which I have not attempted yet.Received the product the day after I ordered it (from a local seller). I might need a new blade, as there was a little struggle initially on slow speed, but it did not last the entire session, I ground partially frozen rough ground chicken.
