      Hello, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy. I have actually replied to your message and asked for you to send me pictures of the product so we can figure out a solution. This is very concerning since the product you bought was originally sealed (pictured in the listing) and the bottle couldn't have possibly been opened or used, it was brand new. You never replied to my message back to you....
