The article should have better package protection with insurance for overseas shipping. The seller's first offer of $100 credit will not cover the repair cost or my time transporting the item to a paint shop. I, the buyer, counteroffered a fair settlement of $300 to cover my expenses. The seller declined and stated he would start the refund process,
