item was well overdue, waited patiently due to expected virus delivery delays. tracking number constantly stated tracking number supplied.[never changed]. i eventually rang and left a message with no response. today i sent an email with a reply money refunded. i would guess that there was no stock. would have been quite to receive an early email to that effect as things beyond anyone's control can happen .the problem was zero communication which is needed in any good business. sorry to say.
